Nice cheap amp, (What's this?) Bought this to power a little 8inch woofer, I ended up blowing it within a couple weeks. So I hooked the amp up to my 6 by 9 pioneer speakers in the rear. They really came to life and punch a lot harder. Its damn good amp for only 45 bucks.
worst amp, (What's this?) looks to good to be true right? well its true. i got this amp in the mail 2 days later, and there were screws missing, and gave no audio output to my sub what so ever. i will never get anything from this seller again.

great amp, (What's this?) the price is way too good for this amp but im not complaining.This amp has a rockford 10inch p3 hooked up to this at 2 ohms and shakes my windows in my house. I have it hooked up to a power regulator hooked into my computer and it sounds fantastic. I definitely reccommend this product.
GREAT AMP, (What's this?) I just ordered this amp today and it will be on my front door step tomorrow morning. I am very excited to see how my jbl cs1214 handles this amp. Ive done all the correct wiring and have been very excited for tomorrow.The 12' jbl is 1,000 watts and sounds really good on the current amp i have now wich is a prestige-460 wich is 500watts...and its bridged as well with the gain all the way up. It sounds really good But i will have more to say after i hook the pyramid up tomorrow.
Worked for two weeks, (What's this?) It was cheap so I got it, and it worked pretty good, until i changed a setting one time, then it turned off and wont turn on, I checked fuses and wiring. It just stopped. All I wanted was something cheap that would last, deffinatly not this.

Everything I need and easy to use, (What's this?) Easy to put together and use. It does what it says it will do. I'm on 14 hours of use with rechargeable batteries so far and it's working perfectly. I can troll at low speed with it in the water. The C-Clamp is solid. I like the side scan as it pinpoints the area and distance to cast. Finding the fish is now easy... catching them is a different story.
Love It!!!, I fly fish a lot of lakes and use this on my 9' Bucks Bags pontoon boat. I attribute a full 50% of my fishing success to this fish finder. I rely on the depth finder feature more than anything else.....all the rest are just bonuses. Feeding trout like shallow water (where their food sources are located). I have noticed that it will give false fish readings when I enter shallow water less than 10' or so, as it will pick up every weed growing off the bottom. I know I'm too shallow when it suddenly beeps continuously and displays a constant parade of fish! The side finder feature, with it's 60' range, has saved the day on a few occasions by letting me know whether the fish are shallower or deeper that day. It's a great indicator of fish activity, too. When the fish are very active and moving aggressively, the side finder shows it, as it becomes very active. I can actually see their distance as they move to/from the boat, as the display distance rapidly changes. On slow fish activity days, the side finder is mostly inactive and silent. With good alkaline batteries, I can get 35-40 hours of operating time and only have to change the batteries every 10th trip or so. To be fair, when I'm anchored and into fish, I shut it off. My only issue with this finder, and the other portables I've owned over the years, is the thin wires on the battery pack and the connections. In my experience, they are the first things to fail! One must use extreme care in changing batteries, and be careful not to put too much pressure on these wires, or bend them in any way.
Excellent Fishfinder, My hubby loves this fishfinder. No drilling holes in his boat. He had much success finding fish. I don't know any of the technical lingo that fishermen use, but I do know that he had a great time with this gadget on his last fishing trip. I can recommend this product to the ladies to make their men happy.
Terrific performer, I purchased a 110, actually from Gander Mountain with gift cards. Skeptical like everyone else, as to how well this system would perform.

What arrived was a quality built, adaptable Depth/Fish finder that is friendly on batteries, very configurable. We use on a smaller aluminum boat and I've been able to see the large screen read out easily, even when there is too much sun or not enough light.

Amazingly it echoes fish well, and has performed beyond our expectations each day of fishing.
Fish Finder, (What's this?) The product came in the amount of time suggested and was packed well, we returned the item because it was lacking one thing that we wanted and will reorder the product that fits our needs.
Humminbird: X-Ray for water., (What's this?) I used this on a lake I've been fishing all my life. People have told me the old creek bed snakes down thru the lake. Humminbird let me immediately find the creek bed and see the fish lurking down there. Good stuff.
Fish Finder, (What's this?) So I have to say I was quite to skeptic when I purchased this fish finder. To my credentials I was a saltwater fishing captain and an Electromechanical Engineer. from my experience on the water and of electronics the least amount of power you need to read the the bottom at 100 feet clearly is 250 to 350 watts rms. We typically use 500 to 1000 watt machines that work off high voltage alternators.
With that said, this little fish finder works on AA batteries, batteries mind you.. and we used it for about six eight hour trips on our lake to read Lake Trout 100 feet down. The batteries are still good.. crazy right and I can't believe the transducer actually was able to read anything, but it did, reliably and clear.
I have to say my 14 year old son loves this thing, I'm sold too. Money well spent. It helped us catch fish and I would definitely recommend it to you or anyone else.

great product, (What's this?) This finder is perfect for my pontoon boat and gives me the portability I need to make set and take down easy.
sonar fish finder, (What's this?) Broke my old fish finder so thought I would try out the newer model from Humminbird. Unit works as advertised and is lighter weight than the older model. Gave it 3 stars because the fish alarm only works for the bottom sonar, not the side sonar. The older unit's fish alarm worked for both sonar fields. Not having the alarm for the side sonar is inconvenient since you have to constantly keep an eye on the unit in order to see if any fish are to your side. If the company can provide a quick fix for this for everyone who bought one of these, I would give it 5 stars. Electronically, this can't be too hard to remedy.

good for the price, (What's this?) When you turn mine up too much it makes a sort of scraping noise, probably the voice coil hitting the magnet or something. Its fairly loud. I never put it in an eclosure which would have made it louder. All in all as long as you dont happen to get a defective one(probably fairly common) it works great for the price. This is a great amp for the price, i was skeptical at first because i thought it wasant gonna be all that great. but let me tell you it shake everything in my car, i have a 95 olds 88 and if you know anything about this car, then you know its a pretty large trunk. ok so here it is, i have two hifonics hifi12dx in a ported sub box with about 3.4 cubic feet air space wired at 2ohms to the soundstorm amp. and man it hits hard! it dosent get hot or anything, just a litte warm but thats normal for any amp thats running that type of power. in 3 short words.

Very Good!, I recently bought 2 of these amps to be used in my car. I am buying a third (I now hae 3 subs). They are very rugged, and survived a full day of being duct-taped to the hood of a moving truck while they were part of a red-neck speaker arangement.
I was skeptical..., (What's this?) I was pretty skeptical when I read that this amp only has one fuse (25A) and VERY skeptical when I wired it up (cheap looking connectors) but when I started testing it, all my fears disappeared. This amp puts an absolute PUNCH into my 2 12" Bazooka subs at 4 ohms and provides distortion free power at max volume, for under 100 bucks! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the shabby power connectors and the lack of more tuning options (the kind found on $200 amps, (I'm probably being too picky...)).
na, (What's this?) i bought this and seen it only had one 25a fuse and immediately felt discouraged. i hooked it up to brand new alpine type r and it slaps hard. for 80$ this amp hits and is still cool at 2 ohms.
Impressive Amp. Must Buy!, (What's this?) I did an install with two 10" subs wired in 2ohms and this amp. The Amp is very well built. Despite the other comments complaining about this amp, I disagree with them. The other reviews are griping about the tiniest details. Still A Great Amp, (What's this?) So it doesn't have 2 fuse slot and a bunch of fancy adjustments, if you want all of that why look at cheap amps? Anyways, It's still a great amp, doesn't get hot or have any annoying distortion and it packs a punch! It definitely won't disappoint you.

compact power inverter used in local parade of lights, (What's this?) This inverter was carried by my daughter's miniature horse in a local Parade of Lights. It powered 3 strings of LED lights using 8 AA cells, it powered the lights for an hour which indicates the inverter was very efficient at this load level. The power cord plugs into the inverter and is keyed to prevent reverse polarity. I had to cut the power cord to solder it to the battery holder. It was about 20 degrees out and worked fine. I will be ordering more of them as my daughter has a horse business and the parade makes for good advertising.

Garmin GPSMAP 421s 4-Inch Waterproof Marine GPS and Chartplotter with Sounder

A disappointment, (What's this?) The level of detail is way less than the previous, 15-year-old model that was on my boat. Thankfully, I have a much better chartplotter at my lower helm, but navigating from my flybridge is nerve wracking.
Everything you need and a little more, (What's this?) The 441 is a total package with everything a boater needs - and even a little more than is necessary.
Very easy to use..., (What's this?) Installed pretty easily, linked up very quickly (I wish my car had response time like that), easy to use maps and surprisingly bright screen. I haven't had put the sonar through the paces just yet, but if it operates half as well as the GPS I will be completely satisfied.
Garmin 441s, (What's this?) My second Garmin. I use this to find reefs in the Fla Keys, with its preloaded maps, it shows almost all the reefs and wrecks. I've used this at night as well, and when it showed a channel marker it was right on the money. Very important for night navigation(lol). I would definitely recommend this product. I use this at least 2 times a month year round in south Florida, and usually go about 15 miles or so offshore every time. I previously had the Garmin 431s, but for a few extra bucks, the 441s has the offshore maps preloaded.
Piece of crap, I paid a lot of money for this only to find that it has no usable map included. It advertises a basemap so you think that you're OK. They don't say that this map is useless. When you buy a car GPS it works without paying extra for software to make it work properly. If they sold cars the cars would come with 5 horsepower engines in them and if you want it to work properly you'd have to shell out more money. This piece of crap doesn't deserve any stars and if I could rate it any lower I would.
Lake Hartwell, (What's this?) Took us from T93 in Martin, Ga to Nami Bistro at Portman Shoals In Anderson,SC about a 75 minute ride) and brought us back home on the first use. I trusted it and it did what it is supposed to do. Pretty user friendly and seems to use about 20 mph as a default for eta.
Pleased - beyond expectation, (What's this?) I was originally concerned the plotter would be too small or too simplistic.
It was not, it scans very quickly and keeps all of the immediate area on screeen.
I was pleased beyond expectation.
Gpsmap 431s, (What's this?) Really great maps. Nice detail for the great lake area we normally travel. Easy to use, and fish finder is ok.
Garmin got me home, (What's this?) I got my monies worth the first day I had
this product on my boat. I was salmon fishing about 4 miles off the coast of Oregon when the fog rolled in and visibility went to about 100 feet. I didnt know much about the product then but knew enough to use the tracking feature from the dock. I was able to follow my track back to the harbor entrance (only seeing the entrance at about 100 feet) Without this product I might still be floating out there somewhere.
A Saviour in the Intercoastal Waterway..!!, (What's this?) An excellent bit of kit for boaters. Saved us from running aground and helped us navigate the intercoastal waterway in Florida. The display is clear and it is easy to operate. It has a depth sounder if you are getting into shallow waters. Fixes to the boat and unclips to take home when the boat is in dock. Excellent GPS, Garmin is a name to be trusted. Very good price through Amazon - cheaper than the boat shop..
