practical use, This is a nifty idea. Viewed it online and thought i would give it a go. It is a cool device, nice for camping/hikes.It has a pretty nice feel to it, like it should last a while. think it is a good product.
Cool Tool, I purchased this little gadget for the temperature and barometer features it had. Those both work good. Found that it's been a cool gadget to keep in my tackle box, and the other functions like the alarm, and stopwatch are also useful so I don't sit in one place to long. A handy tool to have.
Don't Waste Your Money, (What's this?) I bought this unit thinking it would be perfect for my adventures. I was terribly wrong. It was complicated to program and worked sporadically after that. I am disappointed that I wasted the money to purchase this.
imaginative, I was optimistic and purchased the product thinking it would be a realistic way to track weather and climate changes at different altitudes rock climbing.

I can fly through the programs and expect nothing but great results. I feel safe and secure having this by my side, it's a great solution for my need.
We returned it., (What's this?) I wanted this mainly for the altitude feature, with the compass feature second. Couldn't get a good reading with either feature. Sent it back in frustration. As usual, Amazon refunded the cost.
monitor, i like this monitor is easily programmed and holds settings while on the move.
Its a great tool to teach the relationship of the position of the sun and moon in reference to the time of day or night.
I take the monitor on camping trips with my nephews and found it to be very instructional. I can show them how altitude changes temperature and when to seek shelter from a cloud burst!

with better instructions I would have loved it, I thought this would be pretty fun to have camping and hiking. Things I like are:

Things I didn't like are: The instructions. In total, i'm not disappointed with this for casual hiking/camping weekend use.
GET MORE BUCKS, I a bow hunter, primarily deer, and am always trying to stay ahead of the game. I thought this gadget might help do that. The thermometer and barometric weather forecast features work well in the field. And I like that I tell what the humidity levels are, helps track movement patterns. A neat little gadget for 40 bucks.
